Srinivasan and as per his advice went over to the service station.He was kind enough to understand the issue and also technically helped me make the right choice in understanding how the issues could get resolved. The good part was that he patiently explains that the alternator power output should be more than 14 on the multimeter and mine was way lower which could mean issues with the battery.He advised overhaul the unit which would save on time and costs which was greatly appreciated.Thankfully he even should up the final output reading post the repair and am back doing what I love doing - driving my beloved VRS!Personal work of appreciation for Mr. Srinivasan ( ASM) and mr.
